Population education

"Population education plays a significant role to bring about the change in people's attitude and behavior towards population". Clarify.

In ancient times, there was a lack of population education so people had their own traditional beliefs. They gave priority to the birth of a son even after having 4/5 daughter children.

There was also the system of early marriage and early conception. Due to lack of education, people thought that the children are the blessing of the god, so, they gave continuity to the birth of too many children. But the population education has changed those things.

The people have become aware and now they are following small family norms. They maintain appropriate birth spacing. They use contraceptive devices and other natural birth control measures. Polygamy has stopped. People are emphasizing on delayed marriage to build up their career.

So, there is no exaggeration in saying that, population education plays a significant role to bring out the change in people's attitude and behavior towards the population.
