Why is Nepal facing the unemployment problem?

Nepal has a high population density. Many young generations are compelled to live empty handed although they are qualified and willing to work. Nepal is facing unemployment problems because of the following reasons: -

• High Population growth.
• There are limited resources for the job opportunity.
• Many people don't have skill oriented and quality education although they have a pile of certificates.
• Many factories, industries, etc are being closed because of political instability and fuel crisis.
• Lack of vocational training
• lack of appropriate government policy.
• Lack of investment in productive sectors.
• Political insurgency
• Existence of traditional agriculture system
• The rise in the use of capital intensive technology, etc
