Human beings are just persons characterized by superior abilities and thought power than other creatures.	Human resources are those human beings who are capable to contribute towards production and yield output.
Human beings are found in abundance and they need not necessarily be a productive resource for any organization.	Human resources are the scarcest and most crucial productive resource that creates the largest and longest-lasting advantage for an organization.
Human beings have liability towards society and nature.	Human resources have liability towards an organization.
To have born as a human is a human being.	To have skills and efficiency is a human resource.
A human being is a broad concept as it includes human resources.	Human resource is a narrow concept as it is a part of a human being.
Innovation, transformation, qualification, etc doesn’t necessarily come within the domain of a human being.	Innovation, transformation, qualification, etc necessarily come within the domain of a human being.
