The International trade arises because of the following reasons:

1. The world's countries do not all have the same resources.
2. Different climatic conditions favor the cultivation of different crops.
3. The production of various things necessitates the employment of various processes and resources in various proportions.
4. Factor mobility between countries is restricted.
