परीक्षार्थीले सकेसम्म आफ्नै शब्दमा मौलिक उत्तर दिनुपर्नेछ । किनारामा दिइएका अङ्कले पूर्णाङ्कलाई जनाउँछ। (The candidates are required to give their answers in their own words as far as practicable. The figures in the margin indicate full marks.)

समूह क ( Group A) (11x 1 = 11)

अति संक्षिप्त उत्तरात्मक प्रश्नहरू (Very Short Answer Questions) (सबै प्रश्नहरूको उत्तर दिनुहोस्)  Attempt All Questions.

1. Define Economic activities. आर्थिक गतिविधिहरूलाइ परिभाषित गर्नुहोस्।

2. What do you mean by creativity? रचनात्मकता भन्नाले के बुझ्नुहुन्छ?

3. List any two physical resources that a business uses to produce goods and services. कुनै दुई भौतिक स्रोतहरू सूचीबद्ध गर्नुहोस् जुन व्यवसायले वस्तु र सेवाहरू उत्पादन गर्न प्रयोग गर्दछ।

4. Give two examples of a multinational company. बहुराष्ट्रिय कम्पनीका दुईवटा उदाहरण दिनुहोस्।

5. What do you mean by Limited liability? सीमित दायित्व भन्नाले तपाईं के बुझ्नुहुन्छ?

6. What is the main principle of a co-operative organization? सहकारी संस्थाको मुख्य सिद्धान्त के हो?

12. Explain any five objectives of business. व्यवसायको कुनै पाँचवटा उद्देश्यहरूको व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्।

13. What are the tools and techniques of generating new business ideas? Explain. नयाँ व्यापार विचारहरू उत्पन्न गर्ने उपकरण र प्रविधिहरू के के हुन्? व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्।

14. Explain any five financial resources of a business. व्यवसायको कुनै पाँचवटा वित्तीय स्रोतहरूको व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्।

15. What is sole trading concern? Explain its features in brief. एकलौटी व्यवसाय भनेको के हो? यसका विशेषताहरूलाइ संक्षिप्तमा व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्।

16. What are the main components of a partnership deed? Enlist. साझेदारी सहमतिका मुख्य भागहरू के के हुन्? सूची तयार पार्नुहोस।

20. Define indexing. Explain invisible and visible indexing along with their merits and demerits. (इण्डेक्सिङ्ग) सुची/ सूचकांक/ अनुक्रमणिकालाइ परिभाषित गर्नुहोस्। अदृश्य र देखिने अनुक्रमणिकाको गुण र अवगुण सहित व्याख्या गर्नुहोस्। (2+6)

21. What is PAN? What are the procedures of PAN registration in Nepal? PAN भनेको के हो? नेपालमा PAN दर्ताको प्रक्रिया के हो? व्याख्या गर्नुहोस। (2+6)
